Wednesday Ramblings | 5 Things

1. The sunsets lately. Anytime the sky resembles cotton candy, you can believe I’m loving it.

2. This: is such a fun infographic. I stumbled upon in on (of course) Pinterest last night and love how it’s laid out.  And it’s incredibly handy!

3. Fall Food. I meal, all of it. The squash, the apples, the pumpkin, the muffins and pancakes and cookies and pasta and popcorn.  Let’s just keep it all coming.

4. Homemade vanilla extract. Hello, DIY Christmas gifts.

5. Speaking of Christmas gifts – have you started shopping? I have NOT.  I have a feeling that I’ll be doing a lot of internet shopping this year.  Busy schedules, a seemingly winter burst of wedding season and busy season at work will keep me on my toes this holiday season, that is for sure.  What is one thing on your wish list this year?

    Pretty sunset!

I am DONE Christmas shopping. Well I say that but I keep finding more things that my kids “need”. Ugghh. I’m the worst.

I always call my mom for those math conversions. Seriously. And we can swap Christmas ideas anytime!

Love the sunset pic, so pretty! I did my shopping for my Canadian family members while I was up there on summer vacay; saved on shipping. I haven’t even thought about my American family members yet.

Love the Info-graphic. And I have not even thought about Christmas, beside what I’m getting for my Daughter.

Thanks for reminding me to seek out more sunsets. Definitely haven’t seen enough lately 🙂

Ugh. I definitely was that person buying gifts in October. I hate that I’m letting the holidays get so big! Homemade vanilla extract is all over my idea list too 🙂 And that sunset is gorgeous! They are happing way too early in my life though. Where did summer (okay, and maybe fall too) go?!

At my husband’s insistence, we always start shopping early…so we have a lot of gifts bought already. What do I want? Maybe another camera lens…that’s about it! 🙂

I was totally thinking about doing vanilla extract as holiday gifts! And I really need to start Christmas shopping. I cannot stand the malls around the holiday season!

I have been looking for new grilled cheese recipes (I still do the boring cheddar + wheat only grilled cheese…haaa). Thanks!

I hear you on the fall food. If it never went away, I’d be perfectly fine with that!
These sunsets have been amazing lately. Makes me wish I lived where no houses were around me so I could get it captured!

i’m trying to do away with christmas shopping–or at least reduce it–in our family. All I really care about is spending time with my loved ones, the gifts are unnecessary and just add stress! Still trying to consider a few younger sibs of this 😉
