My 7 Links

7 links is a game that is floating round the blogosphere.  I’ve been tagged so I’m taking my turn.  There are seven categories to link a post, then you tag 5 blogger friends and they take their turn.  My friend Erin at Dinners, Dishes and Desserts tagged me.  So here goes!

1. Most Beautiful: Strawberry-Almond Cupcakes

I loved these cupcakes, they are honestly my favorite cupcakes. I was really proud of the piping that I did on these.
2. Most Popular: Spicy Black Bean Burgers

These really were excellent but I didn’t expect them to get so much attention.  Everyone loved them!

3. Most Controversial: I, luckily, have not had a controversial post so for this category, I am going to post my Apple Crumble

I post this one pretty early on so I didn’t have many followers at the time. It is amazing and you should know about this dessert. It’s so easy and so delicious. Who doesn’t love crumble topping?!

4. Most Helpful: How to Choose and Dice a Pineapple

This is the first and only “how-to” post that I’ve done. I should probably plan another one but I think that it was helpful and I enjoyed doing the post.
5. Surprisingly Successful: The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever

I never imagined that a post about classic chocolate chip cookies would be one of my most popular posts to date.
6. Post that didn’t get the attention that it deserved: Snicker’s Cheesecake

I imagined that this one would be highly popular. It was hugely popular with my family and friends.

7. Post that you are most proud of: Mini Peanut Butter Pies *For Mikey*

If you read this post, you’ll understand why I’m proud of this post. I’m not necessarily proud of the photographs or the recipe but the idea behind the post. This post and all of the others like it that have been posted in the last few days have made me so proud to be a part of the food community. I have never been more proud to be associated with another group of individuals as I am after seeing the outpouring of love shown by these Peanut Butter Pie posts.

Honestly, this was fun. I really enjoyed looking back over my posts and realized that I’ve improved a lot in the recent months. I still have a long way to go but I love seeing the progress. I could have posted several different links in each of these categories but I hope you enjoy the ones that I chose.

There are 2 rules.  1 link per category.  And to tag 5 other bloggers!

Tag you’re it!
1.  Ryan at Ryan Bakes
2.  Mike at The Culinary Lens
3.  Lynn at Order in the Kitchen
4.  Carly at Carly Klock
5.  Bev at Bev Cooks

Good choices for your posts. I am like you though; not much in the way of controversy so I have been putting off doing my tag of this cause I don't have anything good for that part lol.
I definitely have to check out that Snickers cheesecake!
