Wednesday Ramblings | Top 12 of 2012
As I have said just about every Wednesday this year, time is surely flying by! I am so, so ready to experience what 2013 has to offer but since we have a few more days in 2012, I wanted to reflect on the past year.
I am so humbled by and proud of what this little space has become and so excited to see where it goes next. This year has been a learning and growing year but I don’t think I’ll ever stop doing those things, especially in terms of blogging, cooking and food photography.
I had so many favorite recipes from this year so I decided to do two roundups: the first is of your favorites. I used my Google Analytics account and found the most-viewed pages throughout the year and they are below. And a lot of these were my favorites too. But I couldn’t bear to just feature 12 recipes from a year that held so many favorites. So I also included a list of an additional 12 favorites of mine. None of them are repeated, although I could have repeated several.
Most weeks I post on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and some weeks I have posted more. Over the course of 2012, I have posted 220 times (compared to 128 in 2011.) That’s a lot of recipes, a lot of photos and a lot of words. So to pick only 24 was tough. But here they are, your favorite and my favorites of 2012.
Buffalo Chicken Soup // Crab Rangoon Dip // Pumpkin Yogurt Snack Cake // Creamy Pumpkin Pasta // Chicken Tortilla Soup // Sriracha Popcorn* // Greek Yogurt Swirl Brownies // Buffalo Chicken Casserole // Salted Pretzel Bread Bowls // Creamy Sriracha Pasta Bake // Cranberry Greek Yogurt Coffee Cake // Lemon Lavender Greek Yogurt Pound Cake

Black Bean Burgers // Cinnamon Chip Oatmeal Cookies // Birthday Layer Cake // Chocolate Chocolate Cookies // Butterscotch Chip Cookie Cake // Burnt End Grilled Cheese // Mushroom Marinara // Biscoff Banana Grilled Cheese // Compost Cookies // Brown Butter Cupcakes with Coffee Buttercream //Cinnamon Roll Granola // Spinach Salad Pizza
Cheers to 2013!

Congrats on almost doubling your posting schedule this year and all the recipes!
I am happy to see the pumpkin yogurt cake and all the other pound and yogurt cakes make the list. And I am bummed I never made that bday layer cake (Tosi). And I am surprised that your browned sugar/browned butter cookies and other browned butter creations didn’t make your cut! They’re on my to-make list!
