Wednesday Ramblings | 10 Things I Loved About September
Undoubtedly, Autumn is my favorite for many, many reasons. Among the obvious: pumpkins, apples and cooler weather. But I really loved September.
I’m not sure if you guys like these roundups or not. But in doing them, I have learned something: I always look back over the month and think: “Goodness, that was a great month!”
September was no different. And here’s why:
1. colorado vacation with Paul//2. kansas city blogger meetups//3. chilly fall mornings
4. sriracha week//5. running weather//6. a new blendtec and smoothies!
7. friends//8. beer cheese soup in bread bowls//9. morning coffee dates
10. fall sunrises (scroll to the top)
I’m pretty sure that October will be just as fabulous. Check back in a month to make sure.

September was really great, but how the heck did it go by SO fast? I can’t even believe it.

I love your ramblings posts and your monthly round ups too, it really makes me feel like I know you that much better and I know from my blog that I love being able to look back at the year like this.

Thanks Kathryn! I feel the same way – I love getting to know a blogger’s real life outside of food!
I love the running weather in October! Oh yeah!

They keep going by faster and faster!
This is such a good idea, I might have to borrow it for my own blog! It’s especially important to keep doing this as the winter blues set in :\
And now I’m going back to investigate beer cheese soup in bread bowls because I think I missed that post! Sounds awesome!

It’s a great way to reflect, I love it! Unfortunately, I didn’t post the beer cheese soup yet…it still needs a bit of testing and adaptation. And I bought the bread bowls from Panera…it’s a great shortcut when you are short on time!
My monthly round ups always seem to be popular but I also do them for me. I, too, look back and think ‘what a great month!’

I love that!
I think it’s an excellent to make a gratitude list at the end of each month! You’ve inspired me to at least “think” about the good things that happened in September
Hope October is off to a good start!

I may have to copy this idea when we roll out our new wordpress site next week. I love reflecting on how great of I life I’ve been given.
