I’m baaack! I have missed you guys. We are unpacked, fairly settled and really starting to enjoy our new living space. The move went really well, we had a beautiful day…it’s seriously bizarre weather in Kansas City, the high is 60 today. I guess I can’t complain much!
We started our weekend by finishing up some last-minute packing, enjoying some margaritas and Mexican food, and taking a look at our new home. I shared this picture on Instagram…
By this point, I was giddy with excitement.
The loft is 1 bedroom, 2 bath and about 1600 square feet with concrete floors and 20 foot ceilings. We have A LOT of open air living space. It’s a couple blocks away from the City Market…I can’t wait to take advantage of the proximity to so much fresh produce and unique stores and shops.
The upstairs of the space is just the master bedroom, bathroom and closet…
And it overlooks the kitchen and living room below…These were taken on Sunday, day #2 of living there and I already had my KitchenAid working! I can’t wait to share what was being mixed up…recipe comes to you on Monday!
This is the view from our windows and patio:
It is a dream, I absolutely love waking up to this. This was my photo for day 1 of the Febuary Photo a Day Challenge. Check it out and join me!
