Top 11 of 2011!

I can’t believe it’s been nearly a year since Bake Your Day was born.  What a great year it’s been, too.  While I have a long way to go, I have improved so much since the beginning.  I have learned so much and met a lot of wonderful people who have truly become my friends.  I am very much looking forward to 2012 and what it will bring but I thought I would recap some of my favorite posts from 2011.  I hope you enjoy!

Snickers Cheesecake

Spiced Apple Cider Blondies

Creamy Avocado Pasta with Roasted Grape Tomatoes

Almond-Cranberry Scones

Strawberry-Almond Cupcakes

White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Spinach Lemon Orzo Soup

Corn & Black Bean Salsa

Homemade Peanut Butter

Quinoa-Black Bean Burgers

French Cookies

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your loved ones. May this year bring you many blessings and joy!

XO ~ Cassie
