Sriracha Week

You read that correctly.  A whole week devoted to a Laemmli-favorite hot sauce: Sriracha!  We love this sauce and this is where I share what I love.  So, for you, (and me!) I am sharing five new spicy Sriracha-inspired recipes.  I’m on the edge of my seat about it too!

As far as I can tell, it’s a loved sauce all over the place.  Do a quick search on Pinterest for Sriracha recipes and Sriracha boards.  They are there.  And they are plentiful!  There’s even a cookbook.

I’ve had a few ideas floating around in my head for a while and finally decided to devote a whole week to new recipes using this spicy sauce.  If you have a favorite Sriracha recipe, feel free to share it in the comments all week, and then at the end of the week, I will do a roundup of some of my Sriracha favorites from around the web, including yours!  Share your recipes on Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #SrirachaWeek.

    Creative thinking! We put sriracha on our eggs every single morning and use it on tacos, burritos, etc. Love the idea of having more creative recipes using sriracha and the soy sesame almonds with sriracha sound perfect!

    Cassie…I’m sending my younger son to live with you. He’s all about buffalo chicken anything and sriracha sauce. I think he pours this on everything! So I’m looking forward to learning some new recipes for him! It’s going to be a good week! : )

    Oh I love sriacha hot sauce!!! AKA Rooster Sauce!! The stuff is amazing! ! i am so excited to see your posts this week. Thant means i should make at least one sriacha recipe this week, ohh what to make. I think I may start off by trying your black bean burgers, they look amazing in your picture and i have yet to create a black bean burger I like.

    That’s a favorite hot sauce of mine coming in close to my trusty Tapatio! Really I just love spicy, the hotter the better in my opinion :)
