Pumpkin Spice Granola
I am aware that this is the 4 millionth pumpkin spice granola on the internet. This is a fact that I learned after I had made it. I did a quick search and confirmed that everyone loves pumpkin spice – whatever the stuff gets jammed into, we are loving it, and especially if it is pumpkin spice granola!
I totally agree that the internet gets completely overloaded with pumpkin, squash and apples this time of year but why not let the seasons influence our food? It’s all fresh and affordable and beyond flavorful!
Homemade granola is a favorite of mine. There is something so warm and comforting about it that makes it fit perfectly with cool mornings, rainy afternoons and colorful leaves. Add it to yogurt, sprinkle it on top of pancakes, cheesecake or even pumpkin pie!

Count me among the pumpkin spice fans — love the addition of the pepitas to the granola!
There’s no such thing as too many granola or pumpkin spice recipes. Bring them on! 🙂 It’s so fun when there’s a theme to follow, if that makes sense. Like what is January? Or April? They have no fun theme. But October and November?! Yeah!
Anyway, the granola looks great! I’ve been on a store bought granola kick lately. Gotta stop that!
I say the more pumpkin recipes this time of year – the better!! I want some of this for my breakfast tomorrow!!
