Ninja Cooking System Giveaway

You might be looking at this thinking “why would I need another slow cooker?”.  But don’t go away yet.  Let me tell you about this one.  This is absolutely not your ordinary slow cooker.  This is a Ninja Cooking System and while I was in Portland at IFBC in August, I was able to see a live demo and meet the brains behind this dream machine.

The minute that I heard that you can use it for sauteing and searing, I was sold.  And you better believe that is the first thing I did when I received mine.  I made a big batch of my classic chili.  Normally, I would have to saute the onions, peppers and meat separately but with my Ninja, I was able to make the whole dish, start-to-finish, in this one appliance.

Holiday Giveaways from Bake Your Day

Why I love the Ninja Cooking System:

The Ninja Cooking System is built with multiple cooking functions like Steam Infused Roasting and Baking; fast, one-pot meal making; and slow cooking – all in one single appliance!

  • It was designed to help the home cook make complete meals healthier, easier and more quickly than ever.
  • The system is complete with a revolutionary cooking technology called FusionHeat which heats from the sides and from the bottom. Because of the way the heat circulates, cooking times decrease and the amount of fat needed for cooking is much less than normal.
  • The stovetop, slow cook and oven settings provide a three-in-one kitchen perfect for last-minute and on-the-go cooking and baking.
  • I think the thing that I liked most about this appliance is that it’s amazingly easy to clean.  The surface of the pot is unlike any other slow cooker crock that I have ever used and whatever the food, it rinses right off.

Ahh Christmas… am so looking forward to sharing with others the ‘reason for the Season” along with looking to Heaven for miracles. This time of year is always difficult these last few years as my family lives far away, and for the daughter and grandchildren near by, due to illness there are no gifts, outside of miracles.. but that leaves me excited, as only God can moves the hands and heart of others.. to make a Christmas Miracle this year! If those miracles happen I look forward in anticipation to watching the eyes and smiles of delight on the little ones faces!
    blessed Christmas season everyone!
