I was a little worried that the lavender would taste weird but it was excellent. I did have to cook it for over an hour, however. Maybe the mini-loaves cook in 30 minutes, but if you are making the full-size loaf, I recommend at least an hour in the oven.

Also, I used lemon juice in the glaze instead of milk. It just makes it a little extra lemony (and then it doesn’t have to be refrigerated.

Start with 20-25 minutes and then check periodically. It will all depend on the thickness of the pan, and type of metal.
