15 Pear Recipes and a Harry & David Royal Riviera Pears Giveaway

Remember when you were a little kid and your aunt sent you a card “just because” and it was the best day ever?  I wish receiving mail as an adult was just that exciting.  These days one of the first things I do when I get home from work is to check the mail…just in the off chance that I will receive something special.  Usually it’s junk, but every-so-often I am surprised.  And one site on my front porch that never gets old:

Harry & David Royal Riviera Pears

My friends at Harry & David know how to put a smile on my face.  I mean, who doesn’t love to receive an edible gift in the mail?  There is nothing quite like knowing that that box contains some of the best fruit I’ve ever had.  And really – that is no exaggeration.  Last year I had the extreme pleasure of spending a few days with the Harry & David team, and some fabulous bloggers and completely fell in love with this company.

Of course, we got to tour the pear orchards and eat some fresh, fresh pears.  And now, Harry & David are offering a box of Royal Riviera Pears to one Bake Your Day reader!  See below to enter.
